In the past few days, my computer has randomly been surprising me when I am websurfing. I'll open a new window to read an article, and when I scroll down, the letters start showing up chopped in half. When I minimize the window and restore it back, everything is fine. Other related behaviors: (1) when I notice this happening inside a browser window, it also immediately does the same thing to the clock and the Start Menu. (2) the mouse arrow slows way down (3) sometimes, but not always, I will get a brief burst of static through the speakers. |
