The photo above, taken on my birthday (two days ago), has nothing to do with today's blog entry. But I liked this dancing snapshot and wanted to post it. Thanks be to Tanya for taking such a splendid photograph. Every now and then, I feel compelled to search Google for Brett Mason, to see if I am at the top of the search. Normally it's a race between me, an Australian senator, and a country music DJ, all named Brett Mason. Well, today I discovered that the country music fella has lost his domain brettmason.com! Brettmason.com is now a marketing page for a guy whose name is not Brett Mason, a guy who wants to sell a guidebook on greyhound betting. Wow. I wonder why he snatched up that domain to sell his book. Last night at Joseph Beth Booksellers, I made another unimportant discovery. I was listening to the new Sarah Brightman CD (which I have just added to my wish list), and I noticed that the sticker on the front of the CD mentions 16 songs. There are only 14 songs on the CD!! How did that get past the idiots in packaging? |
