Is there anyone who hates kinetic sculptures? They are so dang captivating. The last one I saw in person was a gumball machine at Joe Bologna's. Every time I see one, I want to build one. Setting up dominoes to knock each other down is as far as I've gone in that department. (And I want to say thank you to Blogdex for directing me to the Honda ad.) If anyone in Lexington can find me a rental copy of The Way Things Go, a film presentation of a kinetic sculpture that goes for 30 minutes, I'd love to see it. |
