This-or-That Tuesday for April 22

Before I give my answers to This-or-That Tuesday questions, I want to tell you how pleased I am to be in the first page of results in a search for either "Bret Mason" or "Brett Mason" on Google. Okay, here we go with This or That:

1. Yummier: Chocolate ice cream or strawberry cheesecake?
Cheesecake wins every time

2. Better to watch on TV: Movies or sports?
Movies on TV really bite because of the commercials, but then again, there are commercials in the sports shows also. So I'd rather watch movies.

3. A better web browser: MSIE or Netscape (or tell us your own favorite!)
MSIE is very forgiving of sloppy code, so it's better for promoting the rapid exchange of information, the true purpose of the World Wide Web. People who clog up the Web with overprocessed graphics and Flash files should be court-ordered to use dial-up connections at work.

4. A better way to travel: Automobile or bus/train?
Depends on how many stops you want to make. You can go straight to your destination without stopping if you take a car, but you can play solitaire on your laptop for the entire trip if you take a bus or train. I'd choose a train if Amtrak serviced Lexington. You hear me, Amtrak? Get your assets into Kentucky!!

5. Your preferred camera: Digital or film?
Digital cameras are so liberating, allowing folks to take crappy shots and not worry about paying to have them developed.

6. A cooler vehicle: Motorcycle or sports car?
Motorcycles are cooler because fewer people drive them.

7. More fun: Video games or board games?
Video games are inflexible with their rules, so the element of cheating makes board games more fun.

8. Sexier: A perfect body or an intelligent mind?
Perfect body, of course. Who would say an intelligent mind is sexier? You can't build a harem of intelligent minds.

9. A stinkier smell: Skunk or gasoline (petrol)?
Gasoline is a common kind of stinky. Skunk is a rare, exotic kind of stinky. I suppose that makes gasoline stinkier.

10. Thought-provoking question of the week: What is more important to you: making a ton of money and being at the top of your field, or finding your soulmate and living a comfortable but not wealthy life?
Soulmate comfort. Money doesn't motivate me nearly as much as people would think.
